The staff and leadership here at Crossroads is comprised of men and women who love, care and pray for our church family. Elders
Our elder team is made up of individuals who have given their lives to serve the church by providing spiritual and organizational leadership to the church body. At this level of leadership, we believe it is vitally important for those who are married to serve together with their spouse in many aspects of this role in order to experience the full depth of insight and wisdom available to God's family here at Crossroads!
