Since 2015 Crossroads Church has been in partnership with pastors, leaders and churches in Guatemala. The goal of our annual pastors retreat is to provide encouragement and hope to pastors working in very difficult areas. Many of these pastors have left good jobs, modern city conveniences, friends and family to follow God's call into the mountain villages. Our prayer is that we could provide some rest and refreshment to those on the front lines of ministry so that God's kingdom can continue to advance long after we return home.
