We believe the church is much bigger than us. That's why we have chosen to partner with men and women who are building God's kingdom around the globe. Our Missions Pastor, Grady Strop, along with his wife Sandy lead the way in making helping us making a gospel impact around the world.

Grady & Sandy Strop
Pastor Grady is our Missions Pastor here at Crossroads Church. He also leads Rejoice Ministries International which is a missions network with a primary focus of bringing pastor care to ministers and missionaries worldwide.
Reaching The Unreached
While Tim & Bev Nappe currently lead the ministry, Rodney and Malinda Hinrichs founded Reaching the Unreached to go into villages that have never heard the gospel. Their mission is to plant churches and train locals to lead people to Jesus.
John & Rita Pappa
The Pappas live and work in Guatemala. While their influence touches many, their primary focus is pastoral care for those who minister in difficult places - particularly in the rural mountain areas.
